Key Responsibilities

Office management

  • •Responsible for the professional appearance and operations of the office, including conference rooms, kitchen, restrooms, reception area; proactively monitor and manage throughout the day
  • •Act as liaison with building staff and outside vendors, including electricians, HVAC consultants and plumbers
  • •Manage light construction and renovation projects
  • •Purchase and manage inventory of office and kitchen supplies
  • •Receive supplies, ensure accuracy of packing slips and forward invoices to Finance for payment with required documentation
  • •Participate in office events planning
  • •Greet visitors and callers to the office and direct as necessary

HR Support

  • •Welcome new employees and orient them to the office
  • •Clean and set up new employees' desks before their first day of work

Marketing Support

  • •Assist our marketing department with local events
  • •Arrange for regular social events which include booking locations, negotiating event fees, coordinating invites, and managing the logistics of events
  • •Work with marketing to ensure the office is stocked with materials and items
  • •Work with sales team to conceptualize and execute local marketing initiatives


  • •1+ years office management and/or administrative assistance experience
  • •Local candidates only
  • •Marketing assistant experience strongly preferred
  • •Accessible, collaborative approach; strong customer service orientation
  • •Startup experience strongly preferred
  • •Technology or advertising experience a plus
  • •Strong eye for detail
  • •Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills as well as written communication skills
  • •Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
